You will focus on implementing and improving the talent acquisition strategy locally across Europe with a focus on our Italian business that aligns to our current and future talent needs within the exciting and always changing - Energy and Renewables sector.

The role is based in Milan and reports to Head of TA, Europe.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Conduct sourcing activities and utilize data to fill positions.
  • Implement and manage recruitment and selection processes according to the Statkraft hiring principles.
  • Work with the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment processes and continually identify new improvements and ways of working to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Work with hiring managers in a consultative/advisor way by sharing competitive analysis, market knowledge and local talent pools to ensure the best possible hiring outcome.
  • Contribute in work within the team and with the communication function in Statkraft to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges (internally/externally)
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Qualifications:


  • 47 years experience working within recruitment and/or talent acquisition within large organisations (energy/engineering experience ideal)
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders and HR colleagues to support achievement of business objectives while ensuring appropriate employment practices are maintained
  • Team player involved in overall success of the team
  • Experience working with
- and executing recruitment both internally and externally ideally within the energy and renewables sector.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems technology, we use SmartRecruiters
  • Some knowledge of employer branding (communication and activity based)
  • Relationship builder with good cooperation abilities
  • Fluent in English and another European language required (Italian preferred)
