Posizione:

Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. order, documentary and payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to have complete project ownership and ensure customer expectation and satisfaction.


Your responsibilities:


  • Data Entry:
  • Ensures a correct and precise record of the order, any variations and consequent invoicing. Prepares the necessary documentation for the export of the goods and any declarations requested by the customer.
  • Customer assistance:
  • Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, documents, payments) by coordinating with Sales, Project Manager and Engineer, Shipping Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Support resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
  • Customer relations:
  • Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.

Requisiti:


Your background:


  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Language good knowledge of English, Italian (Essential).
  • Dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work in team.
  • High school diploma or bachelor Degree.
  • Nice to have: SAP.
