FOLS Replacement Project Operations Champion - Adoption Project Manager

Rollout Cloud-Based PMS with Impact

fixed-term approximately until end of 2024

Position available in Rome or Milano, we are looking for people as well in Spain, France, Germany and Poland.

We're looking for passionate, dynamic self-starters to become our Operations Champions. As a key player in our program, you'll drive, promote, and embody our program's values and goals.

Collaborating with the program team, you'll implement strategies to enhance engagement, measure adoption, tackle challenges, enable change, and ensure seamless process alignment.

Your role will be pivotal in influencing positive participation across all levels of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Safeguard operational interests, assessing change requests impacting hotel Operations with precision.
Follow standard operating procedures and adapt as needed due to system changes.
Contribute to successful measurement practices, shaping survey designs and evaluations.
Conduct followup interviews and site visits, ensuring resolution of issues and challenges.
Master assigned hotel catchments, maintaining strong communication with operational leaders.
Collaborate intensively with the program team, representing Operations' voice.
Gain expertise in the installation process, mastering Change Management journey steps.
Achieve operational proficiency in OPERA Cloud, enhancing front desk efficiency.
Bridge the gap between FOLS and OPERA Cloud SOPs, driving improvements.
Support deployment engineers, sharing Accor insights during rollout meetings.
Champion program support, addressing challenges and overseeing decisions.
Capture insights from cutover debrief meetings, fostering continuous improvement.
Assist in creating compelling content, inspiring participation and engagement.
Collaborate with Oracle to enhance training initiatives and maximize learning.
Monitor program metrics, providing updates and feedback to the broader team.
Promote the program through conferences, events, and strategic meetings.
Establish effective communication lines with stakeholders and participants.
Immerse in hotels to understand program impact firsthand.
