As a Regulatory Affairs Intern, you'll provide support to deliver the regulatory strategy for assigned projects on healthcare portfolio.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support in the lifecycle management of medicines (variations, renewal, etc.), medical devices and food supplement under OTC portfolio and preparation of documents to be submitted to Authorities
  • Support the team to prepare and submit the relevant documentation related to HCP communication/ consumers advertising
  • Support the team in revising and approving Artworks
  • Support in ensuring full compliance of the assigned products' portfolio. Full compliance in ROM and QMS
  • Monitoring of Regulatory websites in order to detect law changes
  • Support the advertising process ensuring that promotional activities and materials are consistent with scientific ratio and meet applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support all the Purpose and Promotional activities
  • Strict cooperation with maketing and supply department in order to ensure alignment on activities and on time delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Pharmacy/Chemical science (chemistry, CTF, specialisation in Regulatory Affairs)
Fluency in English
