Ruolo

Middle office support to Trade Finance Department - EMEA (mainly Milan and Frankfurt) by ensuring accurate processing of customer on-boarding, transaction execution (Guarantees, Account Receivables etc.)

, monitoring and reporting including performing all relevant controls
Maintain a high degree of interaction and report with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve any documentation, credit, compliance, regulatory or operational issues
Monitoring and control of Credit/AML/KYC/Customer Information
Finance Documentation Control by ensuring that appropriate documentation is received into the Bank
Booking and Administration support by checking documentation and conditions for each individual drawdown

Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a similar role within an international environment
Fluency in English
Strong communication and liaison skills, ability of meet strict deadlines and of work under pressure
Knowledge about trade finance, operations, compliance, regulations, products, and internal management
Familiarity with the bank's systems & IT
