Internship opportunity

We are looking for an intern for our Fees, Funding and Housing Office, the office in charge of managing the University tuition and fees, the financial aid system based on both merit and need, and the housing center, for all the Bachelor, Graduate and Law School Programs.

The opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with insights on how the education system works from a privileged point of view, and deeply understanding the logic of a service-oriented company, with an international focus.

In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
Support in the preliminary activity for the assignment/revision of the main broad and partial supportopportunities:
collection and analysis of documents provided by italian and international students/families on their patrimonial position, in order to propose the related fees relief target or other kind of financial aid or reduction; economic-patrimonial evaluations; system data entry and information summary
Participation in the analysis of the socio-economic situation of the student population
Research, monitoring and analysis of the legal and tax legislation updates, at national and international level, useful for the economic and patrimonial evaluations
Counseling to italian and international students and families on the Bocconi contribution system and the related procedures for the assignment/revision of the bracket


Requirements:

Graduated with a Master's Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Law with outstanding academic path
Fluent in English and Italian
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Curious to know how a higher education institution operates in the international education market
Strong customer focus

good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach and problem solving; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; strong attention to detail.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship.
