A REGULAR DAY AT WORK


Being part of the Group Financial Leadership, the Group FP&A is in charge of securing standardized reporting, processes and KPI for the Group and the BAs; monitor the Group financial performance and delivering insight and analysis for the GMM and the Board.



YOUR KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIILITIES

  • Coordinate closing process, budget and forecast for the Group and for the different BA; standardize reporting and KPI
  • Consolidate the information and prepare the financial documentation for the GMM and the Board; monitor the Group financial performance and delivering insights and analysis.
  • Coordinate the strategic plan process and manage the Group Strategic plan
  • Coordinate with Group accounting the audit process and provide the necessary support
  • Run specific business analysis as requested by GMM
  • Coordinate with HR the Group short term incentives
  • Manage financials for IT, HR and associate allocation

  • Project management capabilities and a leadership attitude

  • Proactive and problem solver

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduated in business administration
  • Experience in FP&A or in Group Financial processes matured in International Corporations
  • Good IT knowledge (office pack: excel, access, power point) and BI tools
  • Teamwork attitude with ability to interface all organizational levels
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability to travel and open to programs of international mobility
  • Required languages: English
