Bespoke English-speaking Tour Operator based in Rome searching for a customer service and operations manager.Job responsibilities include correspondence with customers before and after tour departures, purchasing tickets for tours, and administrative organisation. This job is hybrid remote (3 days) and in person (2 days). In person days includes work as tour coordinator, meeting guests in person and coordinating them with their tour guides.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills

Salary:
€1, €1,700.00 per month
