As a key member of the Fleet Mobility Italy team, the position will report to the Fleet Mobility Area Manager Italy and be in charge of customers based in Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Liguria, Marche, Abruzzo, Sardegna.


Working in cooperation with our Truck Force Partners, he/she will be responsible for managing big fleets with a total mobility approach and structured customer management mainly via PPK (Pay per Kilometer)/FOS (Fleet Online Solution) including Goodyear Proactive Solutions and multiple life approach.


Main tasks:


  • Develop and deliver in conjunction with the partner fleet a long term strategic account plan for all relevant operations within the account, focusing on share of business growth, profitability, and receivables with a Goodyear Total Mobility approach. Integration of Goodyear Proactive Solutions and Multi Life Concept into Fleet on line Solution or Pay per Kilometer contracts will be one of the key aspects;
  • Implement, monitor and measure the effectiveness of business account plan covering all marketing, business development and supply chain activity using C4C, relating this to the forecasted business returns;
  • Regular evaluation of value proposition (return vs performance); Management of finance KPIs;
  • Presentation via Showpad of tools and solutions (benefit realization, and performance analysis );
  • Sales planning, development of new customers into the KAM perimeter and support development of new customers into the Replacement Truck salesforce perimeter;
  • Paneuropean & local contracts management (direct and indirect) in cooperation with the service provider, supporting the Truck Force Network.

Education:


  • Diploma of Secondary School or University Degree
  • 5 year experience in sales in automotive industry
  • Third party account management
  • Strong goal orientation
  • Good overall business acumen with operational as well as strategic orientation
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Mandatory residence in Bologna or Firenze area
