Honeywell Aerospace Technologies is actively recruiting for a
Deputy General Manager (DGM) for our Electronic Solutions Navigations & Sensors Global Business Enterprise (GBE).

Become a part of a world class team in an exciting, fast-moving and innovative business focused on expanding our market share in both our core Aerospace market, primarily focused on customers in Europe, by driving the strategic direction and tactical execution of our newly acquired International Navigation PAC (i.e. Civitanavi Systems) and growing non-traditional markets where Fiber Optic Gyro (FOG) technology is well positioned to compete (i.e. Industrial, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles/Urban Air Mobility, and Marine).

As a DGM in the Navigations & Sensors GBE, you will be responsible for assisting in establishing business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives by owning and driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP).

You will collaborate closely with various teams across multiple functions to drive the success of the organization.

The DGM is a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is customer obsessed and will provide leadership to a cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and drive Honeywell's growth strategy
Own the STRAP (Strategic Plan)
Build and nurture deep relationships with decisionmakers at government/economic user and contractor levels
Partner with sales teams to generate a highquality pipeline across key verticals to ensure attainment of our sales synergies
Use a robust management operating system (MOS) to drive results
Be the gotoperson in regard to industry, product, and technology trends that are relevant to Honeywell's International Navigation line of business
Ownership for the overall rollup of orders, revenue, gross margin, cash, Operating Income,
Lead the team to execute on the overall strategy and performance
Partner with Integration Leader to ensure a successful integration within the Navigation and Sensors GBE
Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of this business. Partner with HR to build the talent roadmap, develop the organizational structure and create capability.
Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for growth while driving self and others for positive business results for Honeywell and the customer.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors degree from an accredited university
10+ years of experience in global Sales and/or Operations and P&L management roles
Experience managing complex transformation initiatives. Ability to connect the dots and handle project plans, timelines and risks effectively to enhance organizational value.
Proven track record of customer engagement
Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation. Understand what creates value for customers.

Prior turnkey project management experience is preferred
Executive level written/verbal communication skills
