The Office Assistant strongly contributes in making the office efficiently operating and in conveying a welcoming and positive image of the company to employees and external guests.

Main duties as Office Assistant
-
Welcome and record visitors, receive and sort calls and perform any requested activity related to the office management, including sending/receiving packages or documents via post or courier and performing needed admin tasks in collaboration with the General Services coordinator.

Support the General Services/HR team in organizing initiatives/events in office and outside.

Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or Equivalent/Bachelor's degree
-
English fluent and possibly another EU language
-
At least 2/3 years as office assistant o similar roles
-
Ability to address issues, resolve complaints
-
Strong sense of empathy for people and ability to respond in difficult situations

Google Suite experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location:
Rome Office

Contract:
Temporary contract, max 12 months
