We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented VENUE RESEARCH and DATABASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us create a comprehensive database of venues for our retreats.

Responsabilities:

Conducting online research to identify potential venues for retreats
Collecting information about venues, including capacity, location, amenities and pricing
Contacting venues to gather additional information when necessary
Entering data into our database accurately and efficiently
Collaborating with our team to ensure that our database is uptodate and comprehensive

Requirements:

Excellent research and data entry skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in English
Fluency in other European languages is a plus
Interest in hospitality, tourism and events
Familiarity with Notion is a plus

This is a remote, part-time position that offers flexible hours (15 hours per week).

Although it's a remote position, it's worth noting that most of our team is based in Torino and meets up regularly.

This role would be ideal for a hospitality and tourism student, or a related field.

It's a great opportunity to gain practical experience and skills in research, data entry and communication while also learning about the event planning industry.
