MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role reports to Head of Value&Access Oncology in solid and to GA Head in dotted line.


As a
Value and Access Policy Manager you will be a primary point of contact in the Marketing Company for all activities concerning the study and impact of health and payer policies relevant to the therapeutic areas.


In this role, you will work closely with all MA&GA functions (Government Affairs, Communication and Patient advocacy, Market Access and Value and Access teams), and with Global/Regional TA and will be accountable for translating and implementing the Global Policies Strategies of the assigned therapeutic area, by selecting and adapting the initiatives that best suit the Italian context.

This will also allow you to collaborate with x functional and Brand Teams for the development of complementary strategies on the medium-long term.


The role broadly includes the following key components:

  • TAs and payer policy priority plan:
  • Support Head of Value & Access Oncology and GA Head to set up and customize the Policy Priorities Plan for assigned TAs and payer policy priorities, in order to get internal approval and resourcing
  • Structure and monitor the execution of these plans, maintaining and updating the scorecard, the budget management, the relation with external vendors and keeping all relevant functions or individuals engaged and updated
  • Support the creation of content (i.e policy papers and narratives)for internal&external customer engagement, in liasons with all relevant functions
  • Support GA to realize the institutional engagement part of the plan at national level (institutions, policy makers, politicians) to realize the health and policy objectives, ensuring to have in plan all activities and resources
  • Coordinates the update of market and shape information/practices with production of relevant documentation (slides, deck, documents) for TA for internal activities and for global and regional update.
  • Managing all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Science, Economics or Finance)
  • Advanced degree
  • At least 3 years experience inin Market Access, Policy or Public Affairs' roles
  • Working knowledge of healthcare systems and public health
  • Familiarity with operating in Global business
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian
  • Availability to travel
  • Location: Milan or Rome
