Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and fleshing out our operational processes in Italy
You will be in charge of developing the installation preparation process, ensuring seamless endtoend workflows
You will collaborate with both the German and Italian senior leadership teams
You will initiate and facilitate interactions with administrators and authorities
You will be responsible for detailing operational processes and drive them from MVP to excellence
You will establish and implement short

- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures

You will monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness and implement the necessary initiatives to achieve excellence
You will provide strategic advice to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating practices and procedures within your functional area of focus

Qualifications:

You have previously developed processes from scratch and scaled them beyond an MVP state
You are fascinated by rapid growth, you have a handson mentality and a solution to everything
You display strong organizational skills, you bring structure into chaos and you focus on what is really important
You are an autonomous worker and you proactively think about "what's next"
You enjoy planning and have excellent practical judgement and prioritization skills (80:20)
You are willing to get your hands dirty and dive deep into specific processes if needed
Your work style is highly analytical, and you can deconstruct problems and communicate complex ideas in a topdown approach
You are highly proficient with Excel
You have 6 months 2 years years of work experiences in highly demanding and fastpaced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, fastgrowing startup, VC)
