Your Role:


As an End-of-Line Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the battery packs meet the quality standards set by Aptiv and fulfill the specific requirements of our customers before they are dispatched for shipment.


Your responsibility extends to ensuring that these battery packs are ready for shipment, while striving to minimize costs and achieve complete satisfaction with all necessary production requirements.

This commitment aligns with the company's objectives and the expectations of our valued customers.

  • Analysis of the High Voltage Batteries Failures in End of Line Test and back tracing to root cause in manufacturing process with Quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.
  • Analysis at external/internal provider of HVB when dismantling of modules is required for intrusive analysis.
  • Analysis of internal scrap with Quality tools
  • Analysis of process scrap, with the target to reduce scrap.
  • Coordinate customer returns with the internal logistic team and production for rapid analysis, in line with Customer required timings.

Your Background:


  • Technical degree in electronics, mechanics or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position within automotive component companies. An experience on High Voltage Batteries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools with an ability to read mechanical drawings, using CAD systems for design and measurement tools.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to predict future potential quality issues.
  • Good knowledge of problem solving tools( Ishikawa, Pareto, 5whys )
  • Intermediate level in English is a must
