Program Manager (M/F/d)

As Program Manager at OpenText you serve as the single point of contact for 2-3 key accounts who have multiple projects running and have a high potential for more of these kinds of projects.

This means that time must be divided between Business Development and Project Management, i.e. the delivery of services to these customers.

What you will be doing

Develope and deliver new business
Act as focal point for the customer in order to ensure the highest level of service
Serve as a point of escalation, managing the escalation through resource assignments coordination between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams
Manage the scheduling and delivery of all consultancy defined within the project, including onsite visits of the consultants and technical specialists
Facilitate open communication between the customer and other departments within OpenText

What it takes to excel

Experience in working within a similar Software organization, preferably in roles across 2 or more of the following areas
Customer Support
Consulting Services
Technical Services
Sales / Account Development
Basic working knowledge of the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) technologies and ability to hold strategic discussions around their deployment
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Strong attention to detail and demonstrable strength in planning
Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships, both internal and external
Self motivated individual used to working in an isolated environment without close direction
Fluent language skill in German and English
