We are currently seeking a Proposal Editing Specialist, reporting directly to Proposal Department Manager to join our Proposals team based in Rome, Italy.

About the Job

The new resource is in charge of collecting, organizing and managing all documentation needed for a proposal, giving support to the management team.

She/he is in charge of collecting and organizing with accuracy all the proposal documents following the company procedures and instructions given by the proposal manager.

In addition, collect employee CVs during proposal, requesting directly updates by employees. Ensure the correct signature workflow is followed. Ensure proper electronic archive of all proposals directly handled maintaining the Proposal database.
