Key Job Responsibilities:


As an IT intern, you will be integrated into our technical team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the company's IT systems.


Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Level 1 and Level 2 support: Providing technical support to internal staff and estate agents, answering queries and resolving problems relating to software and hardware.
  • Hardware and software management: Taking responsibility for managing IT equipment and software licenses, and ensuring the availability and performance of systems.
  • Management of arrivals and departures: Participating in the installation and configuration of workstations for new employees, as well as managing access and deactivation for departures.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can summarize complex technical issues, and present in a simple way to nontechnical audiences;
  • You can work with a variety of stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and prioritize the work accordingly;
  • You are a selfstarter and take the initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve problems.

Key Requirements

  • IT student, currently training
  • Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
  • Interest in hardware and software management
  • Good communication and service skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team.
