What you'll be doing...
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Property Management Accountant to join our Finance Team at McArthurGlen.


You will maintain and analyse company accounting records, prepare budgeting and forecasting information and provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management to aid decision making, minimize business risk and protect profits.


Act as the main interface between the General/Centre Manager and the Finance team to facilitate the flow of information and review operational activities and feedback observations to operational/project management.


This role also consist of:

  • Maintain the financial records of the relevant companies in a timely and accurate manner ensuring integrity and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate accounting policies
  • Prepare monthly reporting for management and quarterly reporting for management and investors, including analysis and preparation of presentation.
  • Actively participate in Centre Management decision making through provision of financial analysis and advice underpinned by strong commercial understanding of the books and business.

To be successful you'll bring...

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent experience as per local country practices.
  • Proven experience in Accounting and Management reporting
  • Fluent English, both written & spoken
  • Experience in industry or commerce
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • MS Office skills: Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Advanced / expert Excel
  • ERP experience desirable. Workday experience desirable
