HR Business Partner

LHH is looking for an HR Business Partner for a client company based in Milan, operating in the Insurance Market.

The company is growing fast and is looking for a person with a proven experience with Trade Unions.

Responsibilities
-
Employee relations: manage trade unions relations and resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals and complex disciplinary issues;

Policy implementation: engage people and coordinate with key stakeholders data collection and policy implementation;

Advisory: provide effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to stakeholders;

Coach: coach and develop People team colleagues and stakeholders across the business;
-
Project management: own and deliver projects and drive progress towards business goals.

Your Profile

Relevant experience in a HRBP role at the
European level;
Proven experience in managing
trade unions, being the first contact for requests, negotiation and managing the ongoing relationship;
Proven experience in
managing and resolving employees' disciplinary issues;
Excellent
problemsolving abilities;

Fluent in English;

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities, initiatives and employee relations cases;
Relevant experience in using data and evidence to influence and drive business decisions;
Strong communication skills to a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership/management team;
