11 stores, including 2 seasonal openings and 2 flagship stores, located in Milan and Rome.
Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)
The Intern will work collaboratively with all the Store Departments and Teams:
Ull; Welcoming clients with a warm and hospitable greeting;
Ull; Building strong relationships with customers, listening and identifying their needs,ensuring that each one receives an excellent and professional service throughout;
Ull; Managing customer queues;
Ull; Introduction of sales techniques whilst delivering quality and consistency of service including identifying customers? needs, and developing client relationships;
Ull; Supporting the Store Team in product research;
Ull; Effecting replenishment of products in every area, maintaining an organized environment;
Ull; Packaging and preparing product deliveries for all Métiers.
Profilo
Ull; Bachelor's degree preferably with a linguistic or fashion/luxury focus;
Ull; Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, a third language will be considered a plus;
Ull; Genuine interest and passion for the retail and fashion world;
Ull; Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
Ull; Natural customer service orientation;
Ull; Enthusiasm, dynamism, ease of integration and teamwork complete the profile.
