- Seguire l'attività di layout di diversi macro-blocchi analogici e, in base all'esperienza, anche la definizione del layout di top-level con relativi constraints (floorplan, frame definition, package e bonding diagram);
- Partecipare alle design review, esponendo i progressi di progettazione;
- Coordinarsi costantemente con il team di design analogico per garantire il raggiungimento delle specifiche;
- Interfacciarsi e discutere con il cliente durante tutto l'arco del progetto, per garantirne una buona soddisfazione;
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica;
- Atteggiamento positivo e approccio al lavoro di squadra;
- Buona capacità di esposizione, anche in lingua inglese;
- Dimestichezza con concetti di SI (signal Integrity) e EMC (elettromagnetic compatibility);
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito di layout microelettronico acquisita mediante tesi o dottorato;
- 2+ anni di esperienza in ambito di layout microelettronico;
- Dimestichezza con tecnologie BCD, CMOS, BiCMOS;
- Conoscenza di ambiente Linux;
- Conoscenza di linguaggi di scripting (Python, UNIX shell);
- Forte passione per la microelettronica e l'elettronica con solidi fondamenti in entrambi i campi;
- Capacità di pensare fuori dagli schemi e sfidare le ipotesi precedenti per trovare le soluzioni migliori;
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL commercio, RAL base 30K annui (fino a 45K a seconda dell'esperienza);

Descrizione del lavoro:
Seguirai l'attività di progettazione di circuiti integrati, nell'ottica di sviluppare ASIC per il mercato industrial e automotive. Avrai in carico il layout di vari blocchi analogici, nell'ottica di minimizzare l'area occupata e gli effetti parassiti, in modo da garantire le migliori specifiche. Parteciperai attivamente alle design review del team in cui esporrai le soluzioni implementate.
Il nostro ufficio si trova a Milano/Lucca, in posizione centrale.
