Business Overview of Securities Services - Corporate trust Debt team

The corporate trust debt TMG ( transaction management Group) follows all the activities associated to the onboarding of clients willing to issue debt instruments ( Bonds / Asset back securities) that BNPP support as Agent Bank and Paying agent.

On top of it, the TMG team takes care of product management and development and directly liase and cooperate with the Sales team and the Operations team

Primary Responsibilities

Management of the preparatory activities for the securities issuance process, and the client's onboarding coordinating the internal stakeholders and activities
Perform analysis of evolutions of market and regulatory changes and help product strategy, enhancements, adaptations
Support analysis on P&L drivers and trends,
Developments of new products
Support sales team in the clients analysis
Support the Sales team in the billing activities

What we expect from you

Education: Students of Master degree in Economics and similar;
Behavioral skills: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; well organized and accurate; ability to communicate and listen; ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Technical skills: good English (written and spoken); Strong analytical and presentation skills; Proficiency with MS Office,

Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time 6-months internship.

The Company provide a monthly monetary contribution.
