THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:
As a well-established brand in Germany, we are venturing into Italy, and you will be at the forefront of this exciting journey.
As the first dedicated Account Executive for Italy, your mission is to connect charles with potential customers and forge long-term partnerships.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Be the face of charles in Italy, overseeing the sales pipeline with a keen focus on outbound efforts: leverage our partner network and collaborate with our Expansion and Marketing teams
- Actively seek profitable partnerships and business opportunities, understanding that customer success begins even before they sign up
- Maintain a clear and structured overview of your sales pipeline, ensuring transparency in open deals, objections, and subsequent steps
- As our Italian market expert, work in tandem with the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to gain deeper insights into our customers and their requirements
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES:
Performance Driven: At least 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with an ability to explain the source of your sales success
Decision Influencer: High levels of empathy and the ability to adjust communication based on the audience

Trusted and knowledgeable C-Com advisor: Familiarity with the European e-commerce market and relevant technologies

Diligent Processor: Structured thinker, ideally proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot

Language Proficiency: Native/bilingual in Italian and fluent in English
HUGE PLUS IF:
- You are familiar with current GDPR legislation
- Have experience in mapping out decision processes and establishing closing plans with prospects
- You're based in Milan as we want to build the team there in the future
