Your skills:
Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support
Familiar with ticketing systems
Experience troubleshooting in Windows 10 Environment
Good English

Your Tasks:

You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:

Setting up PC workplaces
Installations, migrations and rollouts
User administration via Active Directory
User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
You are exciting your users with creative solutions and a serviceorientated approach
