- Establishes customer relationships to understand customer their needs, promotes customer their un-derstanding of full ABB's complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to pro-vide a solution.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order short-falls.
- Cooperation with Marketing and Product Management teams, providing meaningful insights that influ-ence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, and helping in the creation of technical and marketing content.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and en-sures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Supports sales specialist to prepare offers, for digital solutions, in coordination with the bid and pro-posal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
- Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
- Tradeshow participation, conference, and events to generate new leads.
- A degree in technical field.
- Knowledge of Office Package is considered a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist – for Digital solutions to join our Electrification Business. You will implement the defined digital sales strategy in their specified market scope (regional) effectively, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.
You will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualita-tive and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. And you will act as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.
