Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born. It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands. Here you will absorb the essence of the NGG DNA and feel the creative input for all cross-category collections.


THE ROLE


New guards Group is currently seeking a Sales Account, Eyewear who will report to the Head of Sales, Eyewear as part of the growth plan of our Eyewear Business Unit, that provides eyewear collections for most of our Brands.


The main mission of this role is the management and development of a group of clients, collaborating with the Head of Sales and the Sales Team in obtaining the periodical sales goals - through a highly qualitative sales and service approach, coordinating all your activities with all the involved departments.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Achieve individual objectives per each brand and managed account, following the qualitative retail standard set by each brand.
  • Providing and analyzing periodical sales report, looking for new opportunities in terms of brands and new accounts; proposing new activities to your managed accounts maximizing its qualitative and quantitative rentability.
  • Adopting a strong teamwork approach, supporting the Business Division in reaching the targets, both quantitative and qualitative, as per stakeholders guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, elaborating a longterm strategy for your accounts and territories.
  • Managing sales and training sessions with your accounts during the year, including business review; sharing feedback to the main stakeholders (Brand Management; Marketing; Design Dept.)
  • Maximizing each account business relationship, proposing a calendar of activities to each of them, coordinating the proposal with Sales, Marketing, Supplying Chain.
  • Be the link between all NGG functions to effectively and proactively both solve clients' requests and needs and implement special dedicated projects.
  • Periodical visits in the market you will be in charge of, ensuring the qualitative distribution standard are aligned with the partners; analysing competitors' activities and supplying market reports to the stakeholders (Head of Sales; Marketing; Design Dept; Visual Merchandising)

WHO YOU ARE

  • 24 years of experience in the eyewear industry in commercial roles.
  • Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus (French, Spanish).
  • Strong analytical skills, strong knowledge of Key Account management is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced ever changing environment
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach.
