**ain Tasks: T**- he provision of safe equipment, safe working environment and ensuring all employees/contractors are provided with and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. E
- nsure that employees within the production line are adequately informed, instructed, trained and supervised to safely carry out work for which they are engaged. M
- anage the Production operations ensuring efficiency and the production schedule is achieved. T
- he Supervisor should bring critical issues to the Production/Operation Manager's attention and assist in providing solutions to those issues. A
- lso, responsible for escalating and resolving issues quickly and efficiently in the absence of the Production/Operation Manager R
- ecommendations to plant, equipment and working practices are developed and effectively communicated to management. T
- eam members are appraised, with training and development needs identified.
