OTB is looking for anHRIS Manager for its Headquarter in Breganze (VI).
The main job responsibilities are:
- Provide bestpractices and processes configuration on SAP SuccessFactors platform, with reference to key modules;
- Perform business requirements configuration in SAP SuccessFactors suite modules and act as a key resource of HRIS deployment of new functionalities;
- Design the integrations between the core HR system and other HR platforms/Corporate systems;
- Support the HR Department in the activities of defining relevant business requirements, designing appropriate processes and identifying effective configuration solutions;
- Actively participate in technical and functional workflows, requirements gathering sessions working closely with HR Department and IT teams;
- Identify any implementation risks and suggest relevant solutions;
- Coordinates all activities related to the adoption of tools to support resource management within the building such as access management, attendance management, health and safety management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Economics
- At least 5 years' experience in similar roles in multinational companies
- Experience working with SuccessFactors projects/systems (technical and/or functional knowledge)
- Familiarity with Development, Integration and basic Architecture patterns
- Experience in Project Management and its main methodologies (related certifications are considered a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
