Job Description:

What will you take care of?
As Logistic Specialist, you will be the point of contact of one of our most important customers, in particular you will be responsible for the following activities:

Monitor all the processes order from order entry to delivery.
Negotiate timing and delivery conditions internally as well as externally with the customer
Ensure customer satisfaction, through the collaboration with other departments of the company

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you?

Education:
_ _**Master's degree in management engineering, business administration, economics or equivalent.

Experience and know-how: minimum_ _1 year of experience in logistics and customer care.

Languages:
Fluent English is a must, nice to have German or French

Personality:
_ _**proactive team player with can-do attitude.
