Job Description Summary:
Techincal Tendering support Intership

6 months fixed term contract

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software
Assist the Technical Tendering or product sales specialist with administrative duties
Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Product Managers, etc.,
Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

Major Responsibilities:

Client orders processing, coordination processing, coordination and follow up.
Reporting regularly the financial data related to the portfolio of products and service.
Data entry and participate in calls and Team activities

Required Qualifications

Student or fresh graduated In Foreign Languages, Economy or any relevant field
At least any front / back office experience with customer service experience
6 months internship
EU work permit

Desired Characteristics

SAP experience
Order entry experience
