As a
Digital Industrial Operations Analyst, you will have the chance to join our
Phygital Operations team, and take part in projects of
digital transformation with clients in the manufacturing and supply chain field.


Your Duties & Responsibilities:

Working alongside Senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of:

  • Understanding the client's core processes along their value chain, and defining how to improve efficiency and productivity by leveraging best practices and digital technologies
  • Working with the client's management to translate Industrial Operations needs, especially Supply Chain and Manufacturing, into specific business requirements
  • Analyzing processes and data to develop strategic solutions and test their effectiveness in meeting business goals
  • Taking part in one or more project streams, sharing activities, objectives, and deliverables with delivery managers
  • Handling benchmarking, sector studies analysis, and preparing development documentation
  • Contributing to the development and expansion of the GELLIFY Phygital Operations offering

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years experience in consulting/corporate companies;
  • Knowledge of lean principles, discrete manufacturing processes and logistics management
  • Experience with Logistics and Supply Chain systems (outbound, inbound and internal logistics) and in Industry 4.0 technologies (eg: MES) is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Location:
Milan or Casalecchio di Reno (BO) with flexible work arrangements.
