Your opportunity
How you will contribute:
VISUAL MERCHANDISING- Assist the VM coordinator with VM activities, such as in-store personalization, zoning and set-up of new boutiques- Liaise with external suppliers to deliver VM projects on time- Coordinate with regions on VM requests- Contribute to the creation and update of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for retail and wholesale channels- Showroom set-up- Coordinate the development of the new thematic windows
EVENTS- Assist the team in coordinating the creative agencies from the briefing phase to the project development- Coordinate suppliers and production processes linked to the events- Work with and support the Events Team on specific institutional/brand event requests- Manage and keep track on the events inventory as well as coordinate the logistics- Support the Commercial team (Retail & Wholesale) to manage and organize the events in Italian and foreign markets according to the marketing plan and annual objectives
Who you are:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferably in economics, communications, foreign languages
- A previous professional experience gained in a similar role is highly preferred
- Interest in / passion for luxury goods, particularly for jewelry
- Spirit of initiative and curiosity for young trends (music, influencers, celebrities, locations, etc), keen eye for details
- Organizational skills, budget management, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and flexibility
- Great relational skills; ability to work independently as well as in team, and ability to work in an international work environment
- Commitment, energy, proactivity, and ability to learn fast
- Great knowledge of Office suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken. Knowledge of any other foreign language would be greatly appreciated
