Everybody can communicate, but only few master the art of conveying the right message to the right audienceat the right time

If you can see a brand, understand its essence, and bring it to life through word, visuals and sounds, you are on the right road to be our next Corporate Branding & Communication Assistant.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

Assisting in creating engaging written and visual content for various mediums, such as newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website updates.
Helping to proofread and editing communication materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Assisting in managing content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure event details, including invitations, agendas, and promotional materials, are accurate and delivered on time.
Providing onsite support during events, such as managing registration, distributing materials, and assisting with technical setup.
Helping to maintain and update intranet.

WHO YOU ARE:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
You master Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
You have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You can work collaboratively in a team environment and support crossfunctional initiatives.
