Position Summary

  • Manages and controls all Sales activities for HPCS (HPLC + CDS + CCS) Products Line
  • Weekly accurate forecasting activities
  • Contributes to the overall Sales goals by achieving assigned quarterly and annual targets
  • Comply to the company T&C and financial guidelines
  • Responsible to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/loyalty

Main Activities / Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal quarterly and annual sales plan for bookings for all CMD's PL
  • Responsible to fully implement all business processes, procedures and programs related to the Commercial Organisation
  • Manages sales activities of the assigned territory and ensures timely and high quality sales reporting like leads funnel and forecast
  • Set up common sales/marketing activities metrics for the Sales reps/Agent
  • Always ensure highest professional relationship with our customer base to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
  • Develop sales synergies with other sales teams
  • Follow our ethical business conduct guidance
  • Manage day to day operations like holiday administration, training, expenses reports
  • To work closely with Post Sales Services organization for optimizing the "one" face to the customer

  • Ability to facilitate best practices workshops
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Willingness to travel in Italy and Europe
