Develop and implement, at country level, integrated patient and market access strategy for a large portfolio of products across therapeutic areas to ensure P&R and optimal patient access along product lifecycle.

The role includes management of a team.


Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive the development of a differentiated value proposition for assigned products, taking into account patients, health care providers, payers, and policy makers' needs and ensure full integration into product strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of integrated market access, HEOR and RWE tactical plans.
  • Support value based price for assigned products is secured according to the market situation and aligned with global strategies and pricing principles.
  • Identify risks in price and/or access in assigned products through their life cycles. Provide corresponding contingency plans.
  • Drive innovative and differentiated patient access initiatives that will guarantee competitive advantage in the business and support the sustainability of healthcare systems.
  • Participate in all major crossfunctional teams at Global/Region/Country level.
  • Builds and continually enhance bestinclass HEOR, P&R and patient access capabilities to establish and retain competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.
  • Build and sustain relationships with local health authorities and key SHs for productspecific topics.
  • Stay abreast of internal and external developments, trends and other dynamics that affect HEOR, RWE and Access domain, as well as of relevant scientific, clinical and commercial development.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Science/Economics/Health Policy with a post-graduate program to complement background
  • At least 10 years in pharmaceutical sector and a minimum of 5 years in strategic Market Access roles, covering a portfolio of products in different therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in Commercial and/or Medical is a plus.
  • Direct experience in HTA dossier preparation, submission and negotiation with HAs.
  • Mentor, coach and develop teams.
  • Fluent English and Italian
