Role Description/Responsibilities


We are looking for a senior HR professional to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.


The Reward & Recognition Manager:

  • Is responsible for payroll and HR data management and analytics teams and activities
  • Is responsible for all assigned HR Operations functions, including the design, maintenance and implementation for all the admin processes and procedures, including maintenance of related internal policies and KODs
  • Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service
  • Ensures transparent and timely communication to stakeholders concerning processes and proposed changes, to establish bestinclass HR operations.
  • Provides support and guidance to HRBPs, HR COEs, managers and employees on internal procedures and process related to all workforce transactions and employee data management, absences and transfers, LOA administration, onboarding, background screening, offboarding, and HR analytics, technology/systems.
  • Ensure full management of HR cross activities like, as example, vendor management, HR costs, welfare programs, etc.

Skills, Education & Experience
- +10 years HR experience in Retail Banking industry and in companies operating in a multi-country environment;

  • Very good knowledge of labor legislation and full range of payroll related activities and topics;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • High motivation, goal orientation and targetdriven approach;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • A datadriven approach, driving efficiency;
  • Full understanding of all HR functions;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • The ability to contribute successfully within a global business environment;
  • The ability to contribute well in a team.
