Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

The resource, with the support of the tutor and under his supervision, will be involved in the following activities:

  • Creation of Weekly and Monthly reporting on Ecommerce Website performance;
  • Creation of ad hoc analysis on Web Analytics related topics (traffic sources and countries, check out analysis, behavioural analysis, feature usage and optimization,);
  • Quality check of the data present in the new Analytics Platform (GA4);
  • Support the team with the relationship with agency for tracking implementations;
  • Create Dashboard with Datastudio to sharewith stakeholders;
  • Monitor of the Website performance in order to notice potential improvements/alerts on specific KPIs;
  • Check on data and bug fixing, collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • University degree in Business, Engineering or related field;
  • Interest in digital area and data analysis;
  • Good knowledge and use of Excel;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Collaborative, detail oriented, problemsolver and proactive person;
  • Google Analytics 4/360 basic knowledge will be consider a plus;
  • Power BI/Datastudio knowledge will be considered a plus.
