Service Manager Job Details:

The Service Manager is ultimately accountable for Students' educational success and satisfaction throughout their course and is responsible for:
Hiring, training and developing a service team
Teachers and didactic staff-
Managing quality and standardization through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures-
Teaching classes in accordance with the Wall Street English Method-
Facilitating internal revenue through quality service delivery-
The day-to-day running of the service department in the center
Your Profile:
Native level or bilingual speaker of English-
University degree-
ELT certification
CELTA or equivalent-
Two years teaching experience preferred-
WSE experience preferred-
Management experience-
Sales experience an advantage-
Strong computer skills-
Excellent command of Italian
Your Package:
