An exciting opportunity has opened for this unique target base sales role within a specified territory whereby you will own the relationship between the Microbiology Business Division through both Direct selling and Agencies/Distribution managing.
The role involves working with assigned local accounts within Clinical & Veterinary laboratories and Industrial Food & Water testing segments promoting the Microbiology value proposition to customers in advancing Industrial Microbiology through innovation and consolidating the clinical utility of our Solution.
Account Manager will develop and drive the territory sales vision and strategy for the area of interest (
Lazio and Molise).
Key Responsibilities
- and long-term strategies that result in improving the opportunities to increase the sales (Territory planning activities).
- Commercial Process Management lead contractual processes including Confidentiality agreements, Preferred provider / Master Services agreements /pricing agreements and tender submissions. Responsible for the resolution of commercial issues. Be proactive and accountable in sales progression. Develop and coordinate resources (Molecular and AST team) to provide comprehensive solutions to drive growth in these product areas.
- Reporting provide account status reports as the need arises
How will you get here?
- Proven commercial experience selling in similar technological areas (min 5yrs).
- Demonstrated strong relationship management and tendering skills.
- Strong communications, both written and oral, and the selfconfidence to use these skills to be able to deliver Company vision.
- English: very good level (written and spoken) in addition to a local language.
- Full clean driving license (Day Travels minimum 3 days per week)
