We're looking for a talented Senior Events specialist responsible for the project management and operational delivery of our events plan.

This position will be part of the Brand & Communication team. You will plan, coordinate and control the activities of event projects to meet organisational and operational objectives.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for building, manage and delivering MotorK event strategy Facilitate internal kick-off Liaison point for internalteams to coordinate between functions Build project timelines to include all deliverables and scope of work Manage multiple events simultaneously Create and manage Case Studies Manage project budgets Carry out operations processes as required for all events Location and venue selection/ platform build Venue management Event design Logistics and delivery Agency Coordination Event schedules and communication Requirements 7 years of experience in designing, managing and delivering complex events projects Excellent at managing senior stakeholders Event management and logistics understanding Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing, fast-paced work environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Familiarity with event technologies, and ability to assess new technologies and make strategic recommendations Open to travel when required Great sense of creativity Proactive, reliable, results orientated English fluent, an additional language (Spanish, French, German) is considered a plus Benefits International work environment Career opportunities Hybrid Working Training Job Summary ID:
