I am Abdelrahman Gamal Abdalla, a fluent Italian Speaker, majoring in Italian Language, Literature & Culture, 2019 Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt & currently a master’s student at Perugia University, Italy.
In my graduate studies, I took on a number of leadership roles, including leading a student Italian magazine, organising activities, and being Incoming Global Talent Member in AIESEC.
After getting my degree, I worked as an Italian Customer Service Representative in different international companies: Vodafone, Amazon.it, Booking.com & lastly an Italian iOS & macOS Tech Quality Analyst where my new role involves monitoring calls, deliver feedbacks, setup coaching sessions, analysing performance data & presenting topics to new hired advisors. By providing impeccable service to our teams, I was able to spread enthusiasm and positive energy across the community. In addition, I developed my Italian speaking skills and gained high communications skills (Team working, Active listening, Time Management, Willingness to Improve, Problem-solving skills & Quality Monitoring).
