Leading and coordinating heterogenous teams of managers from various areas of expertise of the company to deliver diesel engine and controls products for most of world markets meeting and often exceeding product targets and business objectives metrics. 

Successful launches of 1.3l, 1.6l, 2.0l, 2.5l and 2.8l diesel engines include many Opel products like Corsa, Astra, Insignia, Mokka and Zafira in Europe, as well as Chevrolet Equinox and Colorado and GMC  Canyon for North America market, Holden Colorado for Australia and  Chevrolet S10 and Trailblazer for South America.

2013-2016   Calibration Manager - GENERAL MOTORS (U.S.-Michigan)

Built and led team of Diesel Engine In-Vehicle Calibrators at GM Milford Proving Grounds in the execution of all 2.8l GM programs for GMC Canyon, Chevy Colorado, Chevy Express and GMC Savana products.

Biggest achievement in this role was to win the 2016 U.S. Motor Trend Truck of the Year with Truck application Chevy Colorado.

2008-2013  Controls Chief Engineer - GENERAL MOTORS (Italy)

Head of a team of Project Managers managing all General Motors Diesel Engine Management Systems (EMS) for all world markets. Greatest success for me was the launch of first GM Diesel Engine Management System completely developed "in-house"
