As a senior manager I pay close attention to my team members trying to create a proactive, harmonious and stimulating environment that allows everyone to express themselves at their best. My experience allows me to coach / tutor more junior resources and to interact openly with colleagues with greater seniority also at the executive level.
After +15 years in financial services industry I had the opportunity to deal with different aspects of the payments ecosystem; first with issuing systems then moving on to the acquiring counterpart. In both cases I was able to deepdive specific topics at products and solutions level with the main task of helping my client to design his tailored target solution and then carry on a quality delivery. When I'm not working, I am usually with my daughter, my fiancée and my dogs or having a good time with my friends & family. I love cooking and wine tasting, watching sport on tv (i
was a good minor league basketball player since 2011) and traveling whenever I can.
