I am a K-12 certified teacher in the United States with a certification in TEFL (obtained from Via Lingua School). I have experience teaching all grades in the US, and age 8-adulthood in English as a Second Language both in the US and abroad. I am a young, enthusiastic, and animated teacher in the classroom, and working with children is my passion! I also have experience coaching competitive youth soccer and running various kinds of camps. I think the most beneficial learning happens when students are having fun; I greatly enjoy employing various methods of learning and expression in the classroom through innovative activities that get kids thinking creatively. Some of the activities I have used before are escape rooms, game stations, task cards, question trails, competitive group games, and much more.
