I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Euro-Mediterranean Center for Climate Change (CMCC) in Bologna, Italy, where I work in the Climate Simulations and Predictions (CSP) division. My current research is focussed on understanding the role of the extratropical ocean in climate variability. I provide insights with simple theoretical models, more complex global climate simulations, and observations of the climate system
