- Providing timely support to resolve any issues.

Sales Specialist
- Research and identify qualified prospects with potential for conversion into actual clients.
- Customize sales strategies and adapt proposals to meet the clients' needs, demonstrating the value and benefits our services can offer.
- Actively search for key contacts and utilize professional networking. Provide detailed communications and handle objections.
- Negotiate advantageous agreements for both parties. Collaborate with the legal/administrative team to manage contracts.
- Utilize CRM to maintain an accurate database and track sales activities. Monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Marketing specialist
- Management of advertising campaigns on Facebook, including the creation and optimization of advertisements, defining the target audience, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Generating detailed reports on ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend) and achieved results.
- Utilizing analytical tools to monitor key metrics and evaluate various ad variants to optimize campaign performance.
- Developing a strong foundation in digital marketing and skills in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to achieve business target.
