Department Management:

Performance Monitoring

  • Constantly monitoring performance metrics for the Sales&Account Department.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Taking corrective actions and implementing innovative initiatives to maximize results.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Working collaboratively with other company departments.
  • Achieving integrated project management and effective communication.

Account Manager

  • Managing the client portfolio.
  • Working closely with clients to identify their specific needs and objectives.
  • Offering personalized solutions to maximize their presence and the quality of service they receive.
  • Providing strategic advice on optimizing job listings within our SERP.
  • Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Providing timely support to resolve any issues.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients.

Sales Specialist

  • Research and identify qualified prospects with potential for conversion into actual clients.
  • Customize sales strategies and adapt proposals to meet the clients' needs, demonstrating the value and benefits our services can offer.
  • Actively search for key contacts and utilize professional networking. Provide detailed communications and handle objections.
  • Negotiate advantageous agreements for both parties. Collaborate with the legal/administrative team to manage contracts.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain an accurate database and track sales activities. Monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Marketing specialist

  • Management of advertising campaigns on Facebook, including the creation and optimization of advertisements, defining the target audience, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • Generating detailed reports on ROAS (Return On Advertising Spend) and achieved results.
  • Utilizing analytical tools to monitor key metrics and evaluate various ad variants to optimize campaign performance.
  • Developing a strong foundation in digital marketing and skills in managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to achieve business target.
