I'm currently working as a Translation Project Manager for Transperfect in the Sanofi TEAM.

I'm a proactive person, a team worker with a really high level of stress management and a fast learner.

As a Project Manager I am
responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all
language
projects.
Right now I'm a Project Manager in Life Science division, in the
Sanofi Team.
I'm a T2 Project Manager, which means, I'm the one in charge to
take care of the projects during the night hours in CET time
coordinating important projects received from the East Coast
Office.
Acquired skills and achieved objectives: - The management of
multiple, localization projects in a fast-paced environment
- Monitoring and controlling projects status
- Liaising with sales staff to clarify project parameters
- Negotiating with vendors
- Managing project finances, including budgeting
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with contract
translators and proofreaders globally
- Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures
-working with CAT Tools;
-managing of Sensitive Life Science Projects such as: Regulatory
Jobs, QRDs, Informed Consent Forms, Medical Legal Documents,
Sanofi Webs, Sworn Jobs, Notarized Jobs, etc.
[QRD stands for Quality Review of Documents (QRD), as a working
group we provide assistance to the European Medicines Agency's
scientific committees and to companies on linguistic aspects of
the product information for medicines. This includes summaries of
product characteristics, labelling and package leaflets.]
