Esperienza

Traineeship Erasmus at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

Erasmus program focused on thesis completion and academic development:
● Introduction to the cerebral organoid cell culture;
● Preparation of cerebral organoids for immunohistochemical analysis;
● Conducted literature reviews and contributed to research projects;
● Analysis of glial cells and their maturity in cerebral organoids as a function of organoid
development;
● Collecting data and conducting analysis with Fiji software;
● Presentation of data in the form of progress report.

Thesis: “Study and comparison of cerebral organoids at 60 and 90 days”.
The final dissertation focused on the analysis of glial cells in the cerebral organoids using
immunohistochemical analysis. Comparison of different markers on cerebral organoids at the stage of 60
and 90 days using confocal microscopy for imaging and Fiji software for presentations.
