As a Business Analyst (Strategic Consultant) at Kirey Advisory, I contribute to strategic consulting projects in the financial and banking sectors. My responsibilities include defining organizational models, optimizing processes, creating project plans, and conducting data analysis.

Previously, I managed global tax compliance projects at KPMG Italy as a Junior Project Manager. This experience was built on solid PMO and analytical skills developed during my time at CYBEX, where our team enhanced supply chain efficiency and launched new products—achieving significant milestones in customer satisfaction through data-driven strategies and collaborative project execution.

I approach every project challenge with structured thinking and attention to detail. My academic background, combined with expertise in Excel, Power BI, and hands-on project management experience, ensures accuracy and in-depth analysis in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Additionally, I hold a Certified Diamond Grader qualification from H.R.D. Antwerp, and my experience in the high jewelry sector as a Luxury Advisor and Assistant to the CEO further enriches my path—demonstrating dedication to a field that has always fascinated me.

I hold a double degree in Economics and Management / European Economic Studies from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo and the Otto-Friedrich-Universität in Bamberg, Germany.
